What's public

Game results, box scores, standings and player stats are league records and are public, the same as a newspaper box score. A player page shows a name, teams and stats. If you claim your page, the photo, details and social links you add show there too.

What we keep about you

Your email address (to sign you in with a one-time code), your display name, the teams and players you follow, your comments and reactions, and your notification settings. Organizers also keep the scores, scorecard photos and clips they post.

Scorecard photos

Photos of paper scorecards are private: only the league's organizers and the team that posted them can see them. Our AI reads them to fill in box scores. Photos that are never published are deleted after 30 days.

High school players

Players under 18 never have their names, photos, socials or clips shown publicly until a parent or guardian approves. A parent can turn that approval off at any time.

Notifications and email

We send sign-in codes, game notifications you turn on, and an optional weekly recap. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn phone notifications off in your settings.

Ads and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page views and Google AdSense to show ads on public pages, never on sign-in, posting or organizer screens. Google may use cookies to measure and personalize ads. You can manage that at adssettings.google.com.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent your email or personal details to anyone. We share data only with the services that run the site (hosting, email delivery, storage) and as the law requires.

Delete your account

Go to My profile and tap Delete my account. Your login, email, photo, profile details, social links, follows, notifications and comments are deleted. Your stats stay as part of your league's history, and your player page goes back to unclaimed.
