How it works

Team managers

  1. Sign in with the email your league has for you. Your team is already yours; there's no password, just a 6-digit code. Sign in
  2. Set your roster first. + → Add players → Text it: each player joins with their email and gets their own page. Box scores open once 8 players are on it. You can also type names in yourself.
  3. Post the score after each game. Tap the red +: today's game is at the top, type both scores and Save. Snap the scorebook pages too and every player gets stats.
  4. Confirm your players. When someone claims a player page you'll get “Is this them?”. Tap Yes or No.
  5. Share the load. Team → Access: add a co-manager or scorekeeper by email.

Players

  1. Find your page. Search your name. Played here years ago? Your stats may already be on the site.
  2. Claim it. Tap “Is this you? Claim it”. Your manager confirms it, then add your number, position and socials.
  3. Star your team. Tap ☆ Star on your team and league; your scores show up first on Home.
  4. Share your game. After a box score is posted you get a story image for Instagram or TikTok.
  5. Add it to your Home Screen. In Safari tap Share → Add to Home Screen. It works like an app.

League directors

  1. Open your league's Manage page (Manage button on the league page, or My → What you run).
  2. Add managers by email under Managers, or send everyone the one manager link.
  3. Build the schedule: game days, times, fields, doubleheaders and holidays. Preview it, then create it. Bringing an old season? Send us the QuickScores pages and we'll import them.
  4. Enter scores from the red + (today's games first), or a whole day at once under Games → Needs a score.
  5. Playoffs: when the season ends, Schedule → Playoffs seeds the bracket from the standings. Scores move winners along.
  6. Print the QR sign for the field so players can find the league page.
